Can I sell things I’ve made with your stamps?
Yes! We are an Angel Company and believe that once you buy a stamp, you should be able to do whatever you like with it! Such as: make cards, jewelry etc. and sell them at bazaars or boutiques ☺

Can I buy unmounted stamps?
Yes, 2 different ways! Just the rubber at $1.50 per image, or rubber with red cushion attached at ½ of the price shown. Saves us time, so it saves you $$ too, and the shipping is also half price.

Why can’t I just Visa my order and be done with it??
Well, we’re a very small company with an even smaller staff & overhead. (Basically, a one woman endeavor!) For now, please send a check or money order along with your order. Less complicated, and no worries about where else your credit information may be headed in cyberspace ☺

Why haven’t I heard of your company until now?
Well, again, the “small” company rule applies here too! We have been in business since 1997 and have advertised in RSM, Stampin’ Arts & Crafts, and currently in Scrap & Stamp Arts magazine. We haven’t the “woman power” to do conventions yet, but hey, if the Good Lord points us in that direction in the future, maybe we’ll see you at one! ☺

How do you figure your shipping rates?
We tried to match what some of the other companies were charging to be fair. If it seems like you’ve been charged too much, we try to include a coupon for 50% off one stamp on any future order. Better that than a refund check for 50 cents ☺

How did your company get its name?
Well, the company started with my love for stamping, and my search for Bible verses and other inspirational word stamps. I started making them for myself and friends, and figured if we were having a hard time finding such stamps, other people probably were too. After much soul searching and many prayers, I felt led to begin Heart & Soul. I’ve always loved the Bible verse Deuteronomy 6:5 (your homework assignment: look it up!) ☺ and it seemed like a perfect fit ! ( I like to call that a “Divine Smile”) All that we are or ever hope to be, we owe it all to Him and give Him all the Glory ☺

Why don’t you have an “800” number?

Do you have a retail store?
Nope. Sorry. Just working out of a small space. J

How come your stamps are cheaper than some other companies?
Well, we’re not sure! ☺ Honestly? We think if we charge less that you might be able to afford a few more of them. And our goal is not to make a ton of money (good thing!) but to make a simple, useful product that allows folks to share the Good News at the same time. We are blessed to be a blessing, so to speak, and support a few Christian based organizations.

Gift certificates?
Yes, any size- no expiration date.

What if I just don’t like my stamps once I get them????
Well, it hasn’t happened yet, but send them back & we would gladly give you a full refund and apologize too ☺

Absolutely confidential and we’d NEVER rent or sell it to anyone!

Sorry, can’t help myself! Purple & glitter are two of the best things there are!
